3. Review cart – Click the cart icon to adjust quantities or remove items.
4. Proceed to checkout – Enter shipping info and choose a payment method.
5. Complete payment – Securely enter payment details and confirm your order.
6. Order confirmation – You’ll receive an email with order details and tracking info once shipped.

You’ll receive a confirmation in two ways:
- On-screen confirmation – After payment, you’ll see an order summary page with your order number.
- Confirmation email – We’ll send an email to the address you provided, containing your order details.
No email?
Check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it within a few hours, contact our support team—we’re happy to help. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Yes, but only if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
- If your order hasn’t shipped: Contact us immediately with your new address, and we’ll update it for you.
- If your order has already shipped: We’re unable to change the address. Once the carrier updates tracking, you may be able to request a redirect via their website.
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. To request a change, email our support team with your order number as soon as possible.
It depends on the payment status.
- If the order is still processing: Contact us immediately with the correct billing address, and we'll update it for you.
- If the payment has already been processed: For security reasons, changes to the billing address may be limited. In some cases, we may need to cancel the order so you can place a new one with the correct details.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

However, please note that it is specifically designed for standard-sized toilets. To ensure a proper fit, measure the width of your toilet bowl. If the width is 13.7 inches (35 cm) or less, our product will fit perfectly.
